Adrock Properties has set out to create a product that is not readily available in the rental market. Coming from a background in higher end condo development, the management group saw a need in the apartment market for something different. We set out to design and build apartment complexes that have the look and feel of a high end condo.

Excellent place to live, they provide a clean living environment from the moment you walk into the building to the moment you step into your apartment. I’ve owned a home for 13 years sold it and this is my first time in the rental market and I’m quite impressed at how this property is managed. They’re on top of the landscaping and snow removal. Had a minor problem with a valve for the heating unit and it was addressed pronto like pronto the next day.

Fantastic run building, any repairs or concerns are met with timely replies and the work done quick and efficient. The building is pet friendly which has been fantastic to see and gives a warmer, more family feel for the building area. I'm thoroughly happy with how well kept the building is - the hallways/stairs are vacuumed/cleaned often, sidewalks are cleaned promptly, parking lots cleaned of snow promptly too!
